        Return Policy

 

Strickly Boarding Company is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days - in the condition that you received it - and we will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund.

After the 30 day guarantee period we accept returns for wrong sizes or manufacturer defects only. A wrong size or defective product can be exchanged for another size of the same product or a credit only.

**Strickly Boarding Company is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

**Strickly Boarding Company cannot accept COD deliveries.

**Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your account.

 

**All returns and exchanges sent by the customer must be packaged in either a padded envelope or small box. Returns will not be accepted for poorly packaged products that will either damage product in the return process or tear/rip open the envelope causing the product to be lost while in transit.

**All exchanges must be accompanied by a check made payable to Strickly Boarding for $5 to cover return Shipping and Handling fee. You can also include cash in the form of $5 to authorize your return.
